When men look at a woman from head to toe, like a quick glance but keep looking straight like she ain't even there, does it means the guy interested in her or not. I just want to know from the fellas, because I have seen this happens to some women and my friend thinks they are interested, but I think they are not and just trying to see what she really look like from head to toe, before they decide to just move right along. Because I have seen the stares that they keep looking back at the woman and I think they are interested or find the girl attractive to them, when they look back.

All it means is that they are looking at and evaluating the girl's body to assess how physically attracted to her they are. That's it, nothing more. It doesn't mean they "like" her or are even interested in her necessarily - it means they are observing and gathering information to try to make that decision.

And just because they find her attractive doesn't mean they plan to DO anything about it. Many are just enjoying the view, and it will never go beyond that.

I do this to everyone subconsciously. You probably do too without realizing it. It's part of the brains identification system, where you identify them as a potential threat, mate, etc.
