There is a guy that I notice is always looking at me at the park. I’ve caught him a few time checking me out. Today though I was picking up my shoes and I saw him staring at me when I bend over and then he looked away immediately and that led me to wonder what exactly are men thinking while staring at a woman doing this?
Guys: What exactly does a man think while he stares at a woman bending over?
As a general rule, MOST men will mentally undress EVERY women they find attractive, or even any woman who seems to have attractive parts, even if the rest of her isn't especially attractive. This is automatic and happens without any particular effort. Our brains are always on the lookout for a potential sex target - it's just male biology.
And if a woman is bending over, then if he's behind her, he's for sure checking out her ass (at the very least), and if he's in front, he's looking down her blouse/top if she's wearing something that's open. Again, this is automatic and unavoidable - we can't look away or our brains will scream at us.
However, that's pretty much were it ends for MOST men. There ARE a much smaller percentage of men who will go further, and actually imagine/fantasize about having sex with her right in that moment - I've definitely had guys tell me they do this - but that's the exception, not the rule.
What you DO need to realize, though, is that men are VERY, VERY GOOD at estimating what your body looks like under your clothes. We've been mentally undressing nearly every attractive girl we see since we were 11 or 12, day in and day out. You might fool some guys with pushup bras or chicken cutlets or booty shapers, but the reality is that most men have a pretty accurate image of your naked body long before they ever see it naked for real.
He is thinking he got caught staring at your ass and got embarrassed. I would of at least waved before looking away. But don't be fooled I would of been checking out your ass and admiring it. Doesn't mean I would date you or even talk to you, but if I waved and you waved back you never know... chances are you just would of given me a dirty look and that would of been fine to. I still would check out your ass if you were being over... I am 45 not dead.
Sometimes I only like to look or can't help but look doesn't mean I want anything to do with you, or that I care if your offended or not... but if you weren't offended then I might like that to.
I don’t think it is so much a thought as it is a natural instinct males have when they see an attractive female in a bent over position. That position triggers the primal male sexual desire to breed. I really believe it is that basic and simple.
I mean it's quite obvious you're checking the booty if you're looking at a girl while she bends over. What goes through your mind differs from nice, not so nice, to all sort of sexual thoughts

No, in all honesty every time I’ve bend over and caught guys staring it has always been unintentional. If it wasn’t because of their faces, I wouldn’t have noticed I’m doing something sexually “provocative”
depends on person, probably they observe and check your legs, your belly, your ass, your butts, and this position reminds them some sexual positions, moreover this bending position makes your legs look much more attractive as it put forward your leg-ass shape
