I got a really loving and caring boyfriend. I have a really low self-confidence and also light depressions. My problem is. I am really unsure about my body and I find my pussy kinda ugly (i have long pussy lips and I find them horrible; so I am sure he will find too).

I know he will want sex soon but I don't think I could ever be naked around him. But I also doesn't wanna disappoint him by not having sex with him ( because I kind of also want it), but I just can't be naked in front of him.

So my question is. Should I leave him so that he can get a girl who could give him what he needs? I mean I know he really loves me and is talking about marrying me one day. Or should I go to a cosmetic surgeon to do something against it?. Or is there a way to make him clear that I want sex only when its dark in the room?

Ok first off you need to learn to like yourself it's not good to feel that way especially so young imagine when you have kids. Secondly I have 2 kids so that means odd vagina stuff and stretch marks plus 10 pounds I can't seem to lose. I mean if he loves you he won't care either way I can basically guarantee that. Also if you really think surgery is for you, then I would say to go for it, I mean ever operation has risks but in the end it will be up to you to choose what you think is best. Remember that all surgery leaves scars so depending on your body the scars may be very visible or you may not see them much at all. Just remember to make yourself happy fist, if he loves you you will be fine I promise.

It's interesting because I used to feel that way about my pussy too. You have to understand that no one on this planet is perfect. Everyone is unique and different and you have to accept the way you were made. And learn to love yourself. I honestly don't think that dumping him is not the answer because you'll regret it, and your going to have to face sex someday.
