Do guys like imperfect girls?

So I was reading this article, link and I've noticed this a lot with my friends. I see lots of pretty, talented, intelligent girls with guys who are not striking at first glance/are just average looking guys, but have an amazing personality, or humor, or talent, or whatever. For example, I think the character Jim from the Office is.. well. I'm in love with his character (dang fiction!), and I think he is attractive, but he isn't really "perfect," physically. His nose is kind of big, and his ears stick out. But I think he's dang cute anyway. I was wondering, is this the same with guys? Do you fall in love with girls who are imperfect in that way? Who are cute, and pretty, but not necessarily stunning or gorgeous, who have a few quirks? I haven't seen this as often in my observations, although I know it happens. Is it less likely to happen with guys than it is with girls?

I guess a better word would be "quirky" rather than imperfect, but I am also interested in knowing about the physical aspect. :)

Imperfections are what makes a person human, unique... what makes them worth while.

In the end, I'll admit that I'm less attracted to the "imperfections" themselves, but rather, how the person deals with them, and how it shapes them. I have a huge amount of respect for girls who are of average appearance and look, but pursue men with the confidence Giselle Bundchen. I respect the guys who have tinny, high pitch voices, but can speak with persuasion and power. I respect the people who are nervous wrecks on the inside, but can make everyone around them laugh.

I'm attracted to people who derive the strength to thrive from their flaws, not people who just have flaws.

Yes and no. For a moment, don't think of confidence as a "quality" that's part of your personality.

Think of confidence like a prism. Imagine personality as a beam of white light. Confidence refracts this white light that makes up our personality, takes all the subtle qualities that blend together and got lost in the noise and refracts them and demonstrates them in a large spectrum of colors. It magnifies and makes vivid everything about us.

That's the best way I can describe my views.

Im sorry, but I had to laugh at this question. My answer is of course I like imperfect girls, I have yet to find a perfect one. Only a total douchebag would say otherwise.

And personally, I find it funny how a girl with a great personality looks 100 times better than the girls with not so great personalities out there, Even if at first glance their equally attractive
