Should I congratulate my crush with his birthday?

I don't know if i should congratulate my longtime crush for his birthday, just a congratulation on his post that it is his birthday. We never really got to know each other but definitely know who the other is, but we aren't on the same school anymore.

She doesn't really seem to have a definitive art style. She switches between realism and completely cartoony. When she draws individual body parts, or just parts of a person, it's usually realism, but if it's a whole person, it's usually cartoony/anime/chibi style.

(She's my best friend, so I watch her draw a lot. I know a lot about art, and I know what good art looks like, I just can't replicate it.)
