It's certainly something I'd never do and I'm sure that all my straight friends wouldn't do it either. I honestly can't imagine a man who is straight doing such a thing.
Ok so the post is through and through meant as a joke. That is a way to tell stories, relay situations, express events and contexts line by line. For every one that is serious, there are so many more that are made to be funny. Whoever originally wrote that would be beyond proud it ended up here, inspiring a legitimate poll. The humor is in that the dialogue and everything else is completely absurd while the events that transpire are completely plausible. This is called irony.
