He invites me over to his house, then falls asleep on me?

I've been dating this guy now for two months. A few weeks into the relationship I told him I was new to dating and therefore wasn't ready to sleep with him just yet. He was fine with this and even told me it was perfect because it would mean more and I have respect for myself etc. He invites me to his house a lot and he is still respective of my decision. We watch films and he'll kiss and cuddle me. When it gets late he will fall asleep on me and he's like this until it's time for me to leave. Sometimes if he isn't working the next day he'll invite me to stay the night. I'm not sure if this is a good thing - that he feels comfortable around me, or if it's a bad thing and I bore him? But if this is the case why does he continue to text me every day and invite me round? In fear I was boring him so soon into dating I confronted him over text and asked him to define our relationship. He said we were "seeing eachother" and he wanted us to soon be more than that. What does this mean - is he holding out for sex before he ties himself down to a relationship? He tells me he isn't seeing anybody else now and only wants me, he tells me he has feelings for me - yet he still hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend.

He feels comfortable with you.
You seem to care too much about labels. He made it clear he feels comfortable with you and want more. Whatever "more" means, he wants it. It doesn't have to be sex, but he is going to have to feel like this relationship is moving forward soon because he is getting impatient. He doesn't care about labels as much as you do. He doesn't need to officially christen you his girlfriend to treat you as such. He is waiting for you to get comfortable and accept this relationship, but it's getting late.

Haha he sounds like me. But my ex was the complete opposite. She was pressuring me into sex when I wanted to wait.
