We aren't dating but have been hanging out for like 7 months. He says I piss him off sometimes. I asked how? And he didn't want to tell me. I really don't give him the time of day bc he says he wants to stay single. But I was wonder if I piss him off so much could that mean he has feelings for me?

No, take it from me, it really doesn't. He doesn't like you that way, you're annoying him, and you're probably a stage 5 lingerer. He probably thinks you're stupid and just wants you for sex and the fact you don't leave right away and are obviously thirsty for some kind of relationship is just frustrating. No offense taken. I'm not a linger, due to the fact I never text him first nor hardly respond to him. I've told him we need to just be friends and stopped talking to him for a few months, in which he told me he doesn't just see me as a friend. And I asked why, and he said due to our past. And when I was moving on, he told me he missed me and kept trying to get back into my life. He's actually the one who is extremely affectionate and wants to hold my hand and etc. I'm the one who pulls away.. I don't know he's weird and confusing. What he says is different from his actions. He says he doesn't want a relationship from me or anyone but how he acts with me is different in public and in private.

Well, we really don't know. I know guys sometimes get pissed at me because I can be a tease, but I also know guys get pissed at me because I'm annoying. Maybe ask another male friend if you're annoying or whether you tend to flirt unintentionally and that should help!

I don't think it's a great sign... Either you actially piss him off or anger is the only emotion he expresses, meaning any relationship you'd have would be full of him being "pissed off" all the time.
