What does it mean when a guy says " you know you love me"?

there's this guy I work with and I think he likes me. I think he knows I like him because knowing him & how he is he would have never said that to me. The whole day I ignored him because I really had to let him go to save our friendship. We were talking and having a casual conversation and I brought up how we had first met and I didn't like him when I first met him because I found him very arrogant and I told him that and he was like " you know you love me." And after he said that I actually couldnt say anything because I do like him and he is an amazing person and he was looking at me like " yeah." Waiting on an answer so then I was like "you cool peeps." & he just said "yeah, i know im cool." Does it mean anything or not?

I think he also likes you and he seems to be very confident you like him as well.
