He would lean forward in a chair not backwards. Leaning back would tighten the pants and cause an erection to show more. Leaning forward loosens the pants and hides it better. Same if he's standing - leaning forward would hide it better.

He's probably just getting more comfortable. Or maybe he's "adjusting" himself because his stuff is in an uncomfortable position which happens a lot. Getting a slight erection might cause that, because it causes the dick to move, possibly into an uncomfortable position. But you can't really read much into him doing that since it could be a lot of things.

U brought back the trauma of spontaeous erections. I used my gym bag, but everyone has their own trick and does whatever needs to be done.
