Why do guys flinch?

My crush and me were sitting next to each other. When touch his leg with my leg, he flinched (I flinched too). Then he moved away his leg a little bit. Then sometimes our legs touched again. And later, I realized that his leg his under my foot (is it crush thing? :/ ) by the way, he could move his seat to moce away but he didn't do that (if he wants to be far away from, he could do that, right?) Then I went to toilet and I saw that he changed our seats. He said that he is looking one of our friend's photo on phone. He also changed our plates... Then we never touched each other...

It is most likely that he flinched because he didn't expect a touch, it is kind of a natural response. It doesn't necessarily mean that he has a crush on you or anything else for that matter. I don't think he wants to be far away from you.
At the same time, I do not know why he would change seats. My dad always says: "Never assume a reason for someone's behavior" and I think that rings true here too. It seems like he changed seats because he wanted to get away, but you do not know this for certain. These two things (the flinch and the changing of seats) are not enough to conclude whether he has a crus on you or doesn't like you.

He probably didn't expect it, that's why he happened to flinch. I've done similar things as well when I was not expecting a touch.
However, that doesn't mean he is into you or not into you. It's just a natural reaction.
