Guy's Behavior

My crush suddenly just blocked me for no reason?

Hey guys I am kinda confused. I met this guy from work who is definitely shy but everyone said he was a super nice guy. We had both just gotten out of really long relationships. Anyway we started talking everyday on thr phome , chilled together in our lunch breaks, he kept asking to see me and eventually I went out with him after two weeks of talking. Anyway we kissed it was amazing and I couldn't wait for the next week to come cause he asked to see me on the public holidays and I had met this cousin and best friend... he started acting a little odd but I just gave him some space. I saw him on the Monday and everything seemed okay, I even told him I was going away for two weeks. That night he blocked me on instagram, deleted me off facebook and pretty sure he did the same on what's app. I really don't get it. I mean we will eventually run into each other at work (his desk is about 5 minutes around the corner from mine) he didn't seem like the type to stuff a girl around. I literally wish I knew what to do. Is it me? or is it him?
