Blocked by my crush for no apparent reason. Tried many times but still blocks me. Why?

So, I had a crush on this girl in high school. But due to some reasons before I could propose to her my whole family had to relocate. Once I came to the new place, I got busy in my life and then messaged her one night out of the blue stating, hi how are you and even commented on one of her pics as- looking gorgeous and trendy. She replied with fuck off and then blocked me. It's been 5yrs and whenever she sees my profile anywhere, she simply blocks it again. Why, please help.

So... This is something that I learned from my most recent break-up, where a few people took my ex's side of things, even though the way the situation turned out, they were on the wrong side of the conflict. When the last experience someone has with you is negative, and they don't have any real need to interact with you moving forward, it's very difficult to get someone to want to revisit those negative emotions; no matter how long ago it was in the past and no matter if all you want to do is make peace with them. This is especially true if the person feels ashamed of their actions, for whatever reason.

Interacting with you might make her extremely uncomfortable, or maybe she's simply afraid that it might, and she simply doesn't want to deal with that possibility. Other people's behavior isn't a statement about you, most of the time.

I can’t tell you why but clearly she doesn’t want anything to do with you so I would just move on
