3 years and my boyfriend NEVER comes to my house?

We both live with our parents, neither of us drive but our parents do. I go to his house like 3 times a week and stay over some weekends.

I always walk to the bus station (20 min walk) then get a 20 min bus to go see him, or get a lift of my dad, and I don't think it is fair at all

He NEVER comes here, he has once or twice for special occasion but that's it, I always invite him over and I feel like I'm constantly (once or twice a week) bringing it up that the relationship is one sided, and he'll argue with me and say it's better at his house.

I'm so sick of it, he's stubborn, what should I do?
