Guys, Why are ugly men so rude?

I work with some men that are really rude. They are talking really BAD about women generally, like "this bitch/slut ".
I think i am pretty / normal looking girl but they try to make me feel bad about myself as well, they call other girls ugly or fat.. while this men are all really ugly!! it's not my opinion they really are!!
why are they so rude then?
I have also some handsome men in my workplace and i noticed that the handsome men are always kind , polite, friendly.. why is it like this?

"Men are all really ugly." What? Then you to say "I have some handsome men in my workplace" The soul difference between men and women is that men don't feel the need to have makeup to look pretty. Generally speaking the less attractive guys are going to be bitter towards not just woman but people as a whole. People mirror how other people treat them. The more attractive guys are going to be nicer because people like to hang around attractive people or more confident/outgoing people. I honestly consider myself less attractive. I use to be a pretty nice guy. After working a couple years in retail and having to deal with customers, I came to realize that I became more bitter. I have dated women from just mere luck. I've become bitter because people seem quick to judge a guy. Most times they'll just see as an inanimate object. Hold a door open for a women and you don't even get a thank you. Cute guys does same thing he gets thank you and a smile. Try to live the life of a man where the world ignores you and tell me that you can smile back at the world. NOT to come off rude, just my opinion. 😏

First off, I most people I find to be "good looking" or "attractive" are actually nice people to be around. If Brad Pitt acted like an asshole 24/7 I doubt women would find him attractive.

Sometimes a person's actions make them much uglier than they are physically.

However sometimes men are just physically ugly. They are aware of this and they develop an inferiority complex. Sometimes they are extremely shy, sometimes they get a Kanye West style ego about traits that don't exist. Sometimes you get your case. These people treat everyone around them horribly to try to feel like they are not that bad.

you are completely right!! Now when I think of it not all of them could be that ugly, there are 2 guys among them that I could find really attractive if they acted differently! it's because they never smile, they have rude voice.. - if they suddenly become charming and kind I could really think they are handsome!!
So I don' understand why do they act like this? maybe they think being arrogant /rude makes women like them?

Well from personal experience, when men ask women out and they reject them because of their looks they feel extremely down. After a whole, they become bitter and angry because they feel like life is against them. They don't see the problem is in their selves, they believe women should just like them for who they are. So when they see pretty women they get envious and angry. This whole stew of bad thoughts causes insecurities and angry thoughts. So this is why ugly men are usually like this. But don't worry, it's not you it's them.

A lot of guys are bitter about their failed attempts with women. Then there are the guys who follow the misogynist 'alpha male' guide which dictates that you must put women down and in order to bring them below your level. You must not attempt to flatter or elevate yourself, you should subjugate them by deflating their self confidence.

People who are generally happy with themselves don't feel the need to abuse others for no good reason.

Because it takes one to know one. People dish out what they get. They are ugly so women are probably rude to them in general. Years of this and most simply return the favor and be the same to them. Someone gets told something over and over for long enough (whether it's true or not, like being ugly) and even they will start to believe it.

Probably the ugly guys have had very bad experiences with women. I'm guessing they are likely older... younger men, more likely to be considered handsome, have not had such bad experiences. Or not so many...

First of all it's not a role secondly good looking guys are generally more experienced with women so they are smother that is all but inside u will most likely find an asshole and about bad looking guys imagine being rejected by 9/10 of each woman u approch so them being rude to u is them realizing that they have no chance with u so they just treat u badly not because u did anything to them it's the constant rejection getting to there head

You're basically saying that ALL ugly men are rude. As the others have said, they've learned to be mean because more than likely, they've met a LOT of women that treat them like shit, based solely upon their looks. If you beat a dog for so long, it will learn to mistrust/resent people. Those hot studs have been practically worshipped by women. They've learned that all they have to do is smile and some floozie (no disrespect to you ) will drop her panties. That's why they tend to have a better outlook in life. But , the thing is, I've met a LOT of hot guys that have said some very rude/nasty things about women. They just don't do it to their faces.
