After 6 months is it still fwb?

I'm asking because I've been with mine friends with benefits for the past six months and I believe he's catching feelings. I know in a friends with benefits situation there is no room for that and we both made it clear that we wasn't looking for anything else. And for the most part it was like this but I would say in the last 2 1/2 months things are progressing. He's messaging and calling me and 90% of the time its non sexual. We see each other now at least once or twice a week he's calling me baby and other pet names and it seems the more we see each other the more things he does. I want to say were still friends with benefits but I don't think he's seeing clearly. I'm not looking to be in a relationship and I'm happy with the sex but it's become more than sex for him. I'm not sure since its been so long if you can say were even friends with benefits anymore or just dating now please help

it sounds like he is treating it as a relationship to me. Through experience, friends with benefits never seems to work as somebody always gets feelings eventually. I would tell him that he's being too clingy and tell him where he stands. its not fair on him either if he thinks there's a future with you and your adamant that this friends with benefits agreement will never develop in the future.

Cut him off and find another. The sooner the better or else it's going to drag on and his feelings will be more hurt.

He's a really nice attractive guy and I don't want to hurt him. I really wasn't looking for more but I'm willing to give things a try but only if we are on the same page. I'm not going to put my feelings out there for nothing
