Depends on the style of clothes they are wearing.. sometimes revealing clothes get us turned on.. sometimes we barely look at them..

No. Now a days girls show much more than a bra strap. They show their cleavage from the top or right across the middle or even under boobs. So men don't get excited if they show a little bit of bra strap.
