Bras are actually not all that good for your tits. There's a muscle over the top of each one thats sole purpose is to support your tits. As you may know, when muscles don't get used for their intended purpose, they atrophy. That's why tits get saggy over the decades. The bras do the work of those muscles so, when they are given the chance to do their job, they can't, anymore because they've had no practice.
As for, "do guys notice?", quite often. But, it depends on what she wears over them. My last girlfriend hated bras and only ever wore one at work and, even though she was a C cup, most of the time, you couldn't even tell she even had tits, let alone was going braless because she always wore loose tops.
I like it when they jiggle, too.
