Men, what are some good signs a male friend likes you more than a friend?

Recently my guy friend has been acting weird:
-finds ways to touch me
-Notices little stuff (when I straighten my hair or what i wear)
-Looks at me when i leave or am walking towards group. From head to toe
-We've hung out. ON our own at his place in his pool, but he seemed nervous around me- proximity while wearing a bikini
Today we hung out because he messaged me on sc saying tfti since i posted a snap hiking near his area. imessaged him after i was done saying i was around the area if he wanted to run errands and grab lunch with me. I was like yeah. It felt like a coupley-day since we went to a restaurant. A friend of his worked there and we met her. Recently, a fling of his went bad so he's trying to date. He mentioned a new employee he thought was cute. I was encouraging him to ask her out. He also trimmed his beard after my friend and i were discussing our beard preference: i said as long as it was clean and not bulky. His was buulky lol today it wasn't

But still Maybe he doesn't like me?

The first sign a guy likes you is he changes his appearance knowing what you like.

When me and my boyfriend were just friends I told him I didn't mind beards but not long and messy. He trimmed it short.

I told him I find guys with v-necks on attractive, next time I saw him, he was wearing a v-neck.

I never said it in a way that inclined I wanted him to do or wear these things. The beard one I said because a guy with a nice beard came on TV and went into discussion about it.
The v-neck because again, guy on tv wearing one.
