Really it depends on the situation. Is he just looking? or like staring really hard? Or was it a glance? Things like this can mean good or bad. Just telling the truth. If he's just looking or glancing then it more than likely means nothing. On the other hand if he's staring really hard then he could be into her or knows her (which could be nothing).

I stare/look at random people all the time and check them out, even of I like them or not. I get interested on what they're wearing, maybe check out their style and see if I like it, and so on. I do this for guys and girls too, and only sometimes do I actually look because I'm attracted to the girl

most likely no. guys are extremely visual and some girl wearing a short skirt or low blouse got his attention. i'm not saying it's ok for him to stare at her specially if he's right by u (i know i wouldn't be ok with my girl staring at some other guy), just saying it has nothing to do with having a crush on her if all he's looking at are legs or cleavage

Figured I'd chime in here as my ex girlfriend and I have gone through this. Our relationship was ruined because she was insecure and thought I was attracted to my best friends girlfriend. We took a photo together and apparently I said she looked good that night.

Guys can think other girls are attractive, it doesn't mean they want to be with them. He's with you for a reason. Wish my ex understood that
