My crush left me on seen and on delivered and hasn't replied, this was about 6 hours ago, what could he mean by that?

If I get a text from somebody and I'm doing something on my phone at the moment I would posit I'm doing it this for a second just to see what the message said and to see how important was if it wasn't that important I finish what I was doing sometimes forget that I had messaged cuz I'll pull the bubble down to get it out of the way
