What Does It Mean When He Carries You Bridal Style?

Me and this guy are very close.
He is my best friend and we work together.
Know him for 2 years now.
At times he'll randomly lift me and hold me up side down.
Other times he carries me bridal style.
Based on this behavior, what is safe to assume?
Is he being playful or does this mean more than I think it does?
