No. He's probably really tired and worked all day. I'm sure he'll text you in the morning a little embarrassed and apologize. If it's late like that and someone just goes silent mid convo. I give them the benefit of the doubt and go with they fell asleep. Not everyone are night owls like us gag whores lol.

No, It means that he was tired. Or maybe the conversation was so boring that he felt asleep. Talking about the interest, if a guy is texting you, is interested. There are so many funny things a guy can do instead of texting with somenone you don't care about.
