we were texting from 10pm till 2:30am and then he didn't say goodnight he just left me on read and slept, then at 7:30am he said goodmorning and that he was too tired and slept by mistake..
and then we texted again for like 30 minutes.

2:30 am is pretty early... I've clocked out before late at night without realizing, just because it jumps on you and you can't stay awake. It doesn't sound like he saw the text, just chose not to reply and went to sleep. Sounds more like he saw it and just accidentally fell asleep before he could reply. And I don't think that's something that will tell you whether or not he's interested that just tells you he was really tired.
