Obviously not all girls are gold diggers and don't care about money but in general do you think this quote is true?

I think it depends which country the girl is from and their behaviour/mentality.

In my country it is considered quite rare for women to go after guys that have money... because they have their own money and won't let themselves be ‘bought’... but there are also maany countries where the man somehow becomes a god when people find out he’s wealthy... so just depends...

To me, if a man tries to show off money, the girl who falls for it loses her respect!

sure. except for thieves, Chasing money gives the impression of being goal oriented and motivated to do something with your life. Women tend to like this quality in a man. But if you are just trying to impress a woman by spending tons of money, you'll never be respected by us.

I would suggest that more guys lose dignity over chasing women than lose money, because let's not pretend that all of them have money in the first place. Furthermore, the women you gain by chasing money may not be the kind of women you would ideally want to be with. They may be the kind of women who arrange for you to have an accident though.

I think the second part is false. Many women are turned off by a man who is excessively career-driven or values money more than love. If you devote your life to chasing money, you could easily miss out on a lot of opportunities to get into a relationship with a great woman.

Fact. I remember one day I was at the club and I saw this chick I thought was cute so I went to talk to her and she wasn't feeling me and I admit my conversation was dry as hell and she decided to just walk away, but I bet she will probably start feeling me quickly if I offered to buy one of those super expensive drinks at those Downtown Miami clubs.
