Not necessarily. She could have just been caught off guard by your confession and needs time to think it out because he never really consider you someone to date.

He could have been rejecting you too but try to stay optimistic!

No he have some problems they are deviating him so he asked time to solve them it's not a rejection it's waiting time if u have patience u can win him if not u will loose him with such illusions
