He is in his mid 30s and I am in my early 20s. We have known each other for a few years and we have quite a flirty relationship. Examples of his flirting over the duration of our friendship includes; complimenting me, teasing me, slapping my butt, telling me I have got a “nice *ss”and “big t*ts” and he will make jokes about me having large breasts, he stares at me from a distance, he uses my name when we talk, when he gives me a drink he touches my hand and one time he grabbed my hand and squeezed it, if he sees me with another man he makes a joke about me and him being together, his colleague fancies me and he is always making jokes about him and me, apparently he talks to his colleague about me saying things like “have you spoken to her” or “I think something is going on between you two”, sometimes when we talk I notice him look at my lips or cleavage or even butt. But he mostly looks right into my eyes.

Recently he’s been saying a few things which have made me jealous on the inside but on the outside I played it cool. He asked which gym I went to and said he wanted to join a different gym as it’s “full of sexy women”, he was talking about a colleague of mine referring to her as “the blonde one” and saying that she’s very good looking and her boyfriend is very lucky (obviously looking at me while saying it), he told me he was going on holiday and “never coming back” but then said he would be thinking of me.

Is he trying to get a reaction out of me because he likes me or something?

Well he is just teasing you and enjoying his life by doing these type of things. I am very much sure he do these things to everyone. I suggest you try make distance with him. And if you feel like he likes you than just stay away ignore him talk to other guys but not him let him jealous and let him tell you first that he likes you.
