I was talking to my crush for a few months, co worker, he asked me out and wanted to travel with me, i said ill think about his offer, 2 months past and lockdown happened, came back to work and my ex has been trying to get me back and turned abusive. Co worker is aware that I've said no and co worker has been posting lots of pictures of him solo travelling etc. He's also told my other co worker he would never do what my ex is doing to me

Is my co worker trying to make me jealous? He never did this before, posting stuff. he's new to the area so doesn't know anyone or places to go really and that was our plan.

All the more reason WHY I do not agree with dating coworkers in this day and age. Poses too much trouble and that's where you get your paycheck. Secondly, even if he was, ignore his immature butt. Those are red flags, rumors start spreading, and it's a means to an end. If you keep paying attention to that nonsense is just going to get worse. Don't feed into it. No matter what his intent is, regardless what is being said, just focus on your job. A crush is just a crush.

My real question to you is what do you want to do? What is your involvement with this person? Why concern about what he does? Regardless of what he's doing, you should not have any involvement with him. Don't feed the troll, as they say, Right? Don't feed into it. You are co-workers. Dating shaneen be crossing your mind between you and an individual. Now unless your work policy to allow it, I personally don't find it to be a good idea. Because now look what you're dealing with. Does he sound like he is somebody that's worth even driving yourself nuts over?

Don't get yourself involved in it. Regardless of what he's doing, leave it alone. You find it to be a problem, confront them about it, and don't let it be the reason why God forbid neither of you have a good job.
