Should I invite him to a party?

So there's this guy in a group of friends who I started liking few months ago. The four of us were pretty close at work and also after work. Then I confessed to him, but he rejected me because he was already seeing someone. I told him there's no hard feelings and that we can still be friends, but few weeks after that he quit his job and I haven't seen him since then. I heard his still with that girl he rejected me for. Anyways, I got my own apartment few days ago and I'm moving in next weekend, so I want to make a small party to celebrate it. I kind of already invited him in the past (before I confessed), I told all of them should come to my apartment when I buy it, and he said that's a great idea. So now the day has come but I'm not sure if I should invite him? Would it seem desperate, like I'm "trying" to get him? But it would be really rude if I invite everyone else except him, no? Also, I'm still kinda not over him. :/
