look at the friggin size of her arms and legs even with how short she is. wouldn't most guys with ‘mainstream’ taste in women think she's huge with all that muscle? but he seems to be into it
and then there's puny me... be honest, do i look pitifully helpless next to her? it bothers me that he's into someone like that, do you think he finds my body weak and unattractive

I think u look fine. If ur boyfriend likes muscular he would have gone for one or told u to eat more etc. Since he didn't that means he is fine with u the way u r. He probably looked at that women out of curiosity but anything goes don't let negative thoughts like oh is he liking her more than me affect u, it's a destructive thought.
No point comparing yourself to her. You're completely different people, with different values, interests and goals. I would only be worried if the boyfriend started asking me to look like her - you are who you are. There is nothing wrong with the way you look, either. Be yourself.
I think that one single example isn't enough for us to form an accurate opinion of an entire individual. There's two things you have to do:
1) talk to him amd ask your questions, voice your concerns
2) realise that a large part of the problem is your own lack of confidence in your body, which incidentally is lovely.
If he's worth his salt he will listen and address your concerns. But you'll get nowhere with suspicions and worries. They will soon turn to frustration and outburst.
You look beautiful, don't compare yourself with her. You don't need to feel threatened by her. Probably it was just curiosity. Or he would be interested but he wouldn't be together with you if he would truly just like such muscular girls. So don't worry and maybe you should talk to him and ask him if he really likes that.
It's just probably a fantasy he has. He's with you and that's the important thing. But the next time you guys are together maybe toss them over your shoulder and throw them on the floor he may get a thrill.
