How do you escape from femdom thoughs and humiliation/abusing cycle?

What exactly is the problem? Are you looking to get your kinky needs met but instead getting involved with emotionally abusive women?

I have two suggestions:

1. Go see a therapist to repair your self-esteem. Doing this may have saved my life.

2. Accept your kink as a normal variation, (it is, plenty of high-status men have fem-dom fantasies) but find a woman who can satisfy your kinky desires without making you feel small. Consider going to a "munch" or other event (find them on fetlife) and meet other people who share your interests. If you are really lucky you might meet the woman of your dreams. Or you could hire a professional domme occasionally. It's expensive ($200-$250/hour) but it could be worth it. I've only done this twice. The first time is a very happy memory. The second time was meh. There a lot of bad ones but a few good ones. You can find listings and reviews online.

1. It's destructive I have it since I was 5-6 years old or even younger and affects other parts of my life since for me has turn into a compulsive behaviour ( those fantasies)
2. I accept is as a kink but I would like it to manifest only in sexual life not in all other aspects of my life and it's hard to find someone for my fantasy since requires sort of god femdom (like one who encourages and treats me right). It's not gonna work with hiring cause I strive her attraction into me and if she acts bad that will definitively would be a waste of money and time.

As for escaping the thoughts, it wouldn't be a bad idea to seek out help from a therapist if you're fresh out of an abusive relationship. If you're single and just have a phobia concerning women, a good place to start would be to stop spending all of your time online reading/sharing stories with guys who share in your hate/phobia of women.

I am single and never heard of that phobia. I have femdom fantasies since I was very little 5-6 years old and it is kind of destructive.

Yeah, you definitely need help figuring out your feelings. Start with seeing a general psychologist and they'll be able to redirect you to someone in a more specialized area.
