I bought him coffee to thank him, is there a chance he took it the wrong way?

So, a few days ago my laptop broke down, so I took it to the technician from the store I bought it to fix it. The problem is I have a lot of projects for university at the moment and I needed my laptop as soon as possible. He informed me that it would take 1 to 3 days to fix it (this store usually uses all 3 days, that's the policy) and I freaked out a little bit, because the deadlines were quite close. So, I asked him if he could fix it a little sooner because of the projects I had. He said that he would do whatever he could.

I expected him to fix it in 2 to 3 days at best, but I was surprised when he called me the next day and told me that my laptop was ready. I was so happy and relieved. I thanked him multiple times for what he did, but when I left, I felt bad, because I knew he had postponed other repairs to do mine. So, the next day when the store opened, I went again and asked him what coffee he liked. He was hesitant and shocked at first, but I told him that I wanted to treat him because of what he did for me. He said that I wasn't obliged to treat him, but I insisted, so he told me what kind of coffee he liked, I bought him some and then thanked him again.

The only reason I did that was to thank him for helping me. I'm worried though that he might think I was hitting on him? Because I was not, I was very careful with my words. He didn't say anything, but I'd really hate it, if he thought I was taking advantage of his work to flirt with him. Yes, he is cute, I admit it, but I'm not that kind of person and I'll never be. I'd do the same for anyone. What do you think?
