To answer your question directly, height has nothing to do with penis size. Generally body parts grow in proportion to the other body parts, but other influencing factors such as genetics kick in. Meaning short guys can have large penises, and tell guys can have micro penises.

The first one is almost impossible to measure for female on her own and most have clue how deep she is to begin with, also many females would be upset to get that question of numerous reasons.

The other one is a huge myth just like the size according to the person's length.
