Do guys give false hope to a girl they don't like?

Just wondering, would a guy keep staring, waving and smiling at a girl who they know like them but they themselves are not interested? Would they give false hope to girls they're ot interested in?

Plus, if a guy likes a girl, will he tell his friends about it?

It might be the guy being friendly. He might not realize that he's getting someone's hopes up by smiling and waving. Of course, he might not be trying to do anything at all while his every action is being carefully analyzed for flirts. Generally if a guy doesn't like you and doesn't want to be friends, he won't really do anything towards you.

2.it depends how close he's with his friends and also how much he likes u...if it's a deep crush he might opt to keep mum!

When I was in school, preppy guys sometimes did these things to women they didn't like just to make fun of them. I thought it was really rude, I think those guys need to get over themselves. But most men don't actually do this, especially when they get older. This inmature crap gets old, & stop acting like a 7 year old.

yes guys do that. they keep you interested as a backup. it's happened to me and it sucks

I agree. I'm going through that exact same situation and its drove me crazy but its starting to grate on me now so I've stayed away from the bar I go to with friends on my girlie nights and I'm turning up their out of the blue this Friday looking hot as hell. When he does his thing I'm gonna smile then ignore him, speak to my other male friends in the bar then leave early to hit the town. That will wipe the smile off his face hahaha
