I will try that, we just haven’t been communicating a lot lately and it’s making me worried. What do you suggest I do here?
Just go and talk to him, give him the comfort he needs and ask him if he needs space and if you really love him so deeply then tell him that you will always be there for him no matter what happens between you guys
My girlfriend just today said she didn't want to talk all day. She's going through a lot, and we were going to hang out today. I had a panic attack and haven't talked to anyone about it because I'm so afraid she's going to leave me. So I would say that it'd be normal, but under a circumstance where you go, "hey, I'm gonna be busy today," because circumstances like, "I want to be alone today don't talk to me," hurt. I hope she doesn't leave.
For me texting a partner is something I do for them. I get nothing out of texting.
Here's the thing that I struggle with "It takes 30 seconds to send a text" no it takes me 20 mins, I'm not very strong in the English literature side of things, and multi tasking isn't going to work. If I'm texting a girl during the evening that's all I'm doing can't even watch tv at the same time.
my girlfriend used to do this.. this didn't meant that she didn't loved me.
when i asked her about this... she said that she dont know how to initiate the first message.
After that day.. one day she sends the 1st text , and on the other day i send the 1st text

If my boyfriend texted me everyday asking how my day went, he would quickly become my ex boyfriend. If something great happened, we tell each other, same goes to when we had a bad day or feel down
The girl I'm talking to has been doing this as of late. It's got me frustrated and confused. I look at it like this--effort reflects importance. If you were high on their list of priorities, they'd message you and ask how you're doing. Regardless of what they're doing, people will MAKE time.
I think so. You don't hsve to want to talk to someone everyday to love them. Me and my girlfriend do talk daily, but we have come very close to 1 full day. And there sre plenty of other people that I love with whom I talk to very scarcely. You just have other dtuff on your mind sometimes.
LOL. Yes it is. A relationship is very toxic if you can't even get a day without talking. It's not healthy. It's the distance that keeps a relationship going. If you keep texting him everyday he'll get tired of it. And same goes for you.
Yes we do, it isn’t a big deal, don’t let it put you in a downward spiral. I actually prefer some silent days, especially if I she is engaged in something. It makes later conversations better because we have more to talk about.
Could be multiple things, I tend to do this a lot to but on my end ill get a text message that I don't see the point in replying to like a "k" or something like that. The more blunt answer is, he's bored not in a bad way like how you get bored of a tv show or something are your conversations heavily one sided?
It's normal not to text for a day or two but usually, if you're texting him and he isn't texting back, the boy doesn't value your time. Preoccupation hits everyone so this particular scenario just seems like he is doing other things and just not actively thinking about texting.
Men tend not to text first because there's an innate concern about being an inconvenience to others - same as why men are less likely to open up emotionally. We are taught the values of not displaying emotions.
Not really, but a text message is what we call it... a message, if you want an immediate response call us. Some guys might consider it clingy, but i think clingy is kind of a heartless term, i like to say attached: when you love someone so much you dont want to be without them or their communication for long periods of time
Its completely ok, just wait for the next day, if he doesn't text you for the next day too, then something may be wrong. Not texting for a day is very normal.

Alright and have a great day mate

I'd say tread lightly.
Are you always the one to text him? He might be used to that and expecting you to initiate.

Yes, its normal, my fiancee and i will go a day without texting sometimes. Its not going to ruin the relationship
So if you text him a lot is that something that can be come annoying at some point for you guys

Yeah when we are required to text constantly it turns into a chore and gets old quick. We don't grasp why women are so obsessed with texting
depends on the situation.. Im not a big texter so it would be common with me.
Its completely ok, just wait for the next day, if he doesn't text you for the next day too, then something may be wrong. Not texting for a day is very normal.
I can go all day not texting a guy I’m dating. And sometimes I like when they don’t, gives me a chance to miss them.
Very normal. But girls do the same if they see you're interested they won't respond or won't message first they start feelings more important suddenly
For a guy it's quite normal.
How so? I heard that guys are definitely less into texting and tend to ignore messages when they’re busy
