Why guys can't control themselves?

No matter with who I am boyfriends, friend or brother they just can't stop looking at women (by that I mean her butt and boobs).

We are programmed to notice. We don't control it because for most of us there is no need to control it. To look is not to engage, looking is not a crime when it comes to observing someone in the street. Why can't girls control the impulse to look at shoes even when they're not buying shoes? Why can't they walk past a store window?

Furthermore, if our noticing girls is such an issue then why do so many girls dress so as to encourage being noticed? No, I'm not talking about wanting to be perved on or molested when going about their normal business, but many girls dress to engage the attention of certain males of their choosing and to highlight their assets. That is undeniable. Well, you can't pick and choose who looks.

It's just nature. It's a good indication that you're in a good shape. Trade it for some reel cool guy, just don't accept cocky kids, get somebody really elite. Once you are with him, you're more protected.

Because men are much more visual creatures than women. And on top of that, no matter who you are, you don't just magically stop finding other people attractive if you're in a relationship. That's just not how it works.

It's not an issue of self control, it's more an issue that men's eyes are attracted to movement. Women has a gender have intentionally developed assets over the years that wiggle and jiggle to catch mens' eyes.
