Why would a close guy friend stiffen when I go to hug him?

A long time ago my guy friend stopped a hug and said "lets high five"... so I listened. Well... years later and we are basically BEST FRIENDS and I wen to hug him when he was upset and he just stood there-all stiff! lol. He hugs others... but he's always a bit awkward because he's SO tall.

I do have large boobs... and maybe he's scared to feel them or somthing?

He has had major anxiety where he was on meds-but he got off of them not long ago... and he's very comfy with me, heck he even burped infront of me a while back for the first time. lol. We are very close and I we see one another a lot because we go to the university togehter.
