Let's face it, a person with a high body count is solely looking for sexual pleasures and not for the company of an intellectual person. If this hunter would have found the person that matches his/her compatibility, both intellectually and physically, there would be no need to go hunting for more.
So, to me, a person with a high body count is a red flag and a person to avoid at all costs in a relation unless you just want to be another trophy and an anonymous number on his/her long list of bodies that were not satisfying enough to commit once and for all.
I don’t know that body count is enough to determine the likelihood that someone will always be a cheater... to me there are other things like how they treat their casual partners, the way they talk about them with others and how they end any affiliations when going into a relationship.
If someone behaves unsavourily with the above then I’d say the likelihood of them cheating would definitely be higher! But if they were mindful of their own business, respectful and honest with their casual partners and ceased contact when going into a relationship I don’t think there is anything to suggest they’re the type to cheat any more so than someone who isn’t into casual sex
