Why do guys get angry?

Sorry to generalize, but I don't mean it. Basically why would a guy get angry and even to the point where he ignores me (we both argued and I'm not talking to him either) maybe I'm reading too much into but I'm sure he wasn't his usual self with other either. Like I've seen him get angry with people before and it's usually only heat of the moment and after that they are chill but with me he isn't talking to me, like how's that fair haha?

Because they are petty and childish haha. And I dunno I react to the situation and I'm usually not as angry with someone I care about
