Is my crush purposely trying to hurt me?

I noticed my crush, who I know was angry about something, displaying behaviour which is either indifference or hatred.

For example: When I message him he'll purposely read it, come online to embarrass me into feeling he's not replying and then go offline. He will decline my friend request, etc.

I also noticed he reacts or it seems like he is. For example if I'll add a friend the next day he'll add a friend too. Stuff like that.

But he doesn't seem to have stopped stlaking my social media so I'm confused
