He talks to me online ... but not in person; does he likes me?!

I see him, he's a friend of my close cousin. But when I actually see him in person he LITERALLY blanks me, he doesn't even look or answer when I talk to him - but he added me on fb and whenever we're both online he alwaaaays starts a conversation and asked for my MSN and he talks to me like I actually know him. But does he like me or is it something else? also, he's a teenager like me.

When we talk he asks me about random stuff like; why did you do that, why did you go there, how come you did that ... and he asks me if I talk to guys and stuff about guys, if I do stuff with them and all that...

Maybe. Try to start a conversation (a topic) and randomly log off and continue that conversation when you see him.

My crush added me on fb too. We didn't talk too much. Sometimes he asks me site-related questions or just drop a little message, but he never reply after me.

Try to talk with him when see him. :) or invite him to hang out with your friends (and invite hia friends, if you know any). :)

she was great, always smiling...it's not about her, it just I would freak out, down to insecurities and inexperience with girls.
