My married boss at work stares at me all the time?

So my boss for the last 6 years Stares at me all the time. He’s very attractive. And I’m not saying I’m all that but I know that I’m physically attractive. Also we never he spoke until a year ago. He’s always talked to people but for some reason never me. He isn’t shy with others but with me he isn’t as talkative. I’m very shy also. So why does he stare? What is he thinking about?
