What's with married male co-worker staring at me all of the time?

I work with a professional married man with children who stares at me all of the time. I am however very attracted to him, I am divorced and have been the entire time I've worked with him. He is not a talker, if he speaks its mostly when people speak to him first - he's sort of a loner. However ever time we are in the same room, if we pass in the hall, if we are in the break room, etc.. I am the person he looks at when he enters the room and the last person he looks at when he leaves the room. He looks me up from head to toe sometimes or if there is nobody else around he just smiles at me until I break the look. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hating it because I think he is georgous but if he is attracted to me then why doesn't he ever initiate a conversation with me or speak to me and if he isn't then why does he stare at me all of the time? And no he never speaks to any of the other women in the office yet I never ever see him staring at any of the other ladies in my office like he does me. What gives?

He must think you look good, or he likes you a little. But it doesn't necessarily MEAN anything. Maybe he doesn't initiate a conversation with you because he doesn't want to tempt himself. He's married though, so I wouldn't try anything or worry about it.

Great point! I am a little sarcastic but in a funny way. Some of my friends think I should have been a comedian but I NEVER say things around him that my friends would find funny, I think he would just think I was being childish. Another example is our work had a birthday gathering in the breakroom with 75 people in the room. He came in the room and immediately zoned in on me, starred, got his water and starred at me before leaving to where my co-worker made a comment about what's up with that!
