Why in f**k's name is my male coworker always looking at me?

I'm genuinely confused; he barely speaks to me but I always catch him staring/checking me out. The times I have tried to talk to him he has been kinda rude or nonverbal LOL. It's kind of starting to piss me off, because guys who like you or find you cute (especially coworkers) at least try talking to you. Even weirder, he like my only guy coworker who seem like he don't wanna talk to me.

He might just not know how, he seems a bit anti social, it's when someone gets anxious when in the positions of socializing, he probably sounded rude cause it came out wrong when he tried to say whatever he wanted to say, it's happened to me, I gotta say I've gotten a lot better at socializing, now I don't sound like a dick everytime I talk to someone, he seems to still be in the spot where he just avoids socializing, thing is that he probably likes you, which is why he stares.
