I replied after after pondering for a few min if I should even reply, with a single emoji back.. he told me the night before he was would call me. This is not someone i just met, so to me this is insulting...

See I should have gone with my gut Instead of replying.. see now I feel kind of foolish
Don't things happen, just remember it next time and if he can't be bothered neither should you (my mentality when texting)
