If a girl dumps you, will she always come back if she loves you?

As my question states, if a girl dumps a guy, if she loved him as much as she said she did, will she always come back? and how long does it normally take for her to realize she wants the guy back who she dumped? and how would you know she wanted you back?

Its been just over a month since we split, I have only just started NC yesterday. I am going to give her space now, will she contact me if she misses me and what are some tell tail signs she wants me back?

I think its not all about contacting or not contacting. It is about the sense you're having and content of your conversations. Dont be inbetween, contact her or dont contact her at all. You have to choose, i think it depends on the girl. You can contact her if you want (if you think she is that type of person) but always keep your cool. Dont show your unhappy side too much to her, act like you care less than you actually are. But dont be too cold right? Keep your cool. Dont always talk about the break up or relationship or love or that sort of thing... talk about funny thing happened to you earlier or tell her a childhood story or you know something light something very far from all this mess that you're in right now. Give her space, time also give her a chance to see you from a different angle. Make her laugh, make her smile, just try to remind her how happy she was once. How much fun you can have together and stuff. Dont be too deep with your words, be cool calm and collected show her how much you can take. Show your strong independent reliable side. Make her feel warm, close and safe. Remind her that she can still come back if she wants to (not directly though).
If she's texting you first its good sign i guess, telling you about her day or about herself in general is more better. She want you to know things means good.
If you decided not to contact then dont! Just keep yourself as busy as possible. Do your job or study hard or whatever... keep yourself busy. Dont think about it at all. I know it hard, i know deep down you would still hope but try to hide it even from yourself. If she contacts you think about your answer very carefully. Either she is coming back or not might depend on that first little simple question and answer. Dont be too emotional and get hyped too fast or dont predict bad things immediately get upset fast. Just take you time and answer. Dont let emotions decide your words when you're trying to fix something. It doesn't matter how simple the conversations are always keep your cool think twise. Make her happy... again.
Dont be weak but dont try to be too strong...
If she comes back yeey good for you thats what you wanted, but if she doesn't remember this "when someone is exiting from your life just because someone even better is coming" trust me man.
I know how hard it is to wait for someone hoping they will come back. But time will heal everything my man. It always does. Be strong. Everything will be allllllright :)

i'd like to believe in this. and id like to believe that a guy would come back to if they really did love you. but it just isn't so. no one knows what the future holds, and she may or may not come back. I've been broken up with my ex for 4 mths now and have been NC for 6 weeks. I started it too late. No way is he coming back even though will we were together he said how much he loved me and how he wouldn't be with anyone else for a long time. None of those are true today.

when I questioned him 6 weeks ago...he said he meant all those things AT THE TIME he said them. but that he doesn't feel that way anymore. so even though she once told you she loved you doesn't mean she still does.

Its sad. people almost need to say "i love you in this moment, but I may not a week from now" because that's the truth of relationships nowadays. "i love you" means nothing anymore to people. its something that I think they just feel obligated to say.

continue NC. and live your life. IF she did love you like she said and IF she still feels that way, SHE WILL CONTACT YOU. and if she doesnt...she has obviously lost feelings and has moved on. good luck.

she text me yesterday saying'' that's not been friends is it'' she doesn't like it tht I'm not contacting her, and she has had sum1 from her family contact me today asking if I have had any luck with a job :S why would he do this whn I don't text her back

If she really loves you the way she says she will then yes she will come back. The only down side is that if she is lying to keep you from getting even more hurt. And sometimes it takes a week or even a month. Sometimes longer. Also depends on how long you guys were together.

If she wants you, you'll hear from you. Some signs could be she's texting you more and more again. She's telling you about what's going on her in her life, and even plans to make plans with you. Or even offer to come visit you. Hope this helped goodluck!

I think she is trying to see if I will reply to her family member who textme today. she is allready getting curious, even after few days of no contact, then back to contact, then stopping again, its not too late, their is allways a slim chance her love will over ride any other things

No. It's not true that the dumper always comes back. There are a very very few things a guy can do to maximise the chances of it happening. And it will only happen with girls of a very certain type.

IF all goes to plan, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months for her to start trying to work her way back into his life. And you'd know, from her actions.

In your case, it's been a month since you split, and you're only starting to stop contacting her now? Okay, let me tell you that's no good, and too late. It doesn't matter WHAT you do from here on in, you're not getting her back. Step 1 is always always always to NC her from the very second you're dumped. To look relieved, happy even, and then NC. You need to make it look like her dumping you was getting you out of bad situation.

By being in contact with her for the last month, you've basically eliminated any chance of getting her back.

Move on. She's gone.

she keeps contacting me, like yesterday, which I have ignored by the way, and sum1 from her family text me tday askin if I have had any luck with a job, she is still interested or why would she ask sum1 from her family to see if I reply to them, and to see if I am ignoring her if you get that, basically I have not replied to her, so she gets sum1 from her family to text me see if a reply

we split up first year we got back tgether for a totally understandable reason, nothing to do with me or her, anyway, she told me I was duin her head in all the time by texting her, and I NEVER stopped texting her, basically duin the opposite of wht your spose to do, and this went on for about 3 months contacting her, and she still came back.

Hey anonymous, you can't predict the future and you don't know how things work in every single case, so just because someone doesn't do no contact right away it doesn't mean they've lost their chance. I know people who talked to their exes for a while and then did no contact and the dumper decided he missed his ex and he came back.

Well you said it for yourself buddy, a simple message or call. It's not always though that a girl comes back. Even she still loves you, she'll see whether the relationship works or not. If she thinks it can work out again, then mate she'll pretty much call you/text you. and yes if you guys get to see each other daily, she'll try roam around you a lot (if she wants to talk) or stay completely as far as possible (only if she wants to get over you).
