She is pissed about the deception. She knows you fell out of love and knows you never loved her but she doesn't date anyone after you even after years.
What if she is waiting for you to emotionally mature while you hookup around the city with dozens of women but she doesn't even eye a single guy cuz she doesn't do hookups but won't even get back with you inspite of all her feelings cuz you cheated and deceived.
Inspite of every bad thing you have ever done she loves you. Doesn't accept you, ignores you and stays cold but loves you.

She waits to forget him, to heal so that if she moves on to someone, she ain't unfair to the new person as no-one deserves to be a rebound or a time pass. She doesn't take any action towards the guy she loves cuz she knows he doesn't love her back so rather stays away and out of his life instead of getting treated as crap or backup.

He used to but is not sure anymore But he is very arrogant about himself. He is aware she is single and didn't date anyone after him. he reappears once every 2-8 months which she already knows is because he is lonely or bored.
