I caught a guy friend staring at me while he was standing in front of me but he still continued staring?

It's a possibility that he had zoned out for a few but most likely he was definitely staring at you.
I know some women find it creepy when somekne has their eyes on them for to long however most should take it as a compliment depending on what the finis staring at but if it's just staring you in general then it's kinda like a compliment I mean all the other people around and that person's gaze is fixed upon you.
To that person your the most beautiful person in the room and nothing else catches their eye.
