Why is my crush deleting his stories after I watch them?

I noticed that almost everytime he posts something ( which isn't daily but still, quite often) he deletes his stories after i watched them. Yes, i re-watch them multiple times because like i said, i have a crush. And im calling it a crush because we're not officially dating yet but we talk a lot.
I am aware this could have nothing to do with me. BUT, i also delete my stories after my crush watched them because for some reason i get self consious about what i post after he sees it.

If he's your crush AND you talk a lot, why can't you just ask him his reasons? I guarantee you'll get a better answer from him than from us.

Maybe he thinks other people can see who watches his stories and he doesn't want them to know you are friends?
