So I live in like a student house with a bunch of other people and we all get a long surprisingly well.
Now there is this one guy (let’s call him Ben). Now the reason I think he’s way out of my league is because he’a pretty handsome and buff, he works out a lot and I’ve seen on his Instagram the type of girls he looks at (they’re all white, skinny/fit bodies, often big butts etc). Now I’m a short, chubby, black girl (I have started working out tho and I’ve lost 2kg since the beginning of January yaaay!)
ANYWAY me and Ben get along very well, we often laugh together a lot and watch movies. Whenever we have a conversation tho, I’ve noticed that he’ll stare at me and when I look at him he looks away as if nothing happened. He’s done this a bunch of times and a few days ago I kinda jokingly asked him why he does that, and he just laughed it off and did it again jokingly this time. I still catch him doing it tho.
Whenever we have parties at our house, he gets kinda flirty with me, and he’ll put his hand on my thigh when speaking or he’ll like try to annoy me by tickling me (I’m very sexually shy, and a Virgin, so he knows I get embarrassed when he puts his hand on my thigh).
He’ll also fix stuff for me, like if my backpack is open or twisted he’ll just fix it instead of just telling me. One last thing is that the often compliments me when I go to workout or come back from it, he compliments saying stuff like I’m smart and funny.
Now I wouldn’t be asking this question if I saw him behave this way with the other girls in the house, MAYBE we’re just really good friends, but I feel weird, cause I haven’t actually thought about him in that way, until my friend pointed it out. So what do you guys think?
